Well the person who left feedback is banned. I wonder if Super Moderators are able to remove feedback?

I doubt they can remove the feedback or else he probably would have by now. The user that left the negative feedback never left any reason other than the sales thread so its really unclear why he would leave the feedback. I do find it very unprofessional that the accusations were not at least addressed before a ban was placed. Makes me wonder if FFXI GIl is trustworthy or not and places him immediately on my do not do business with list.

As a Super Mod I was able to remove and Edit feedback, So yes I think he can unless it was changed.

As for the "accusations being addressed before the ban". Champ Qs banned him, not FFXI Gil. However, FFXI Gil did address the problem in full and gave all the facts.
