Summary: The EGS Staff at Game Monarch do not have the automated tools to verify impersonators or ASP members. The only people corrected labeled are the EGS staff members. This means you have to be extra cautious. It appears the EGS Staff does have access to EGS personal info that was used at the time of sign up. So a EGS veteran member can verify themselves by confirming their email. Since FFXI is shut down due to the earthquake, Middleman will be unable to verify anything on an account. Scammers may use this info to manipulate new buyers. Be careful. My comments: Already someone impersonating xiaoxie. There will probably be more.
