tl;dr: Beginning today, you will be able to purchase Square Enix Security Tokens through the Square Enix Account Management System.

Previously, Square Enix Security Tokens could only be purchased through the Play Online Viewer, so users without access to the Play Online Viewer could not purchase a Security Token.

By logging into the Square Enix Account Management System and linking a Security Token to your account, you will be able to use the Security Token to log into all services under that account.

A Security Token will add an extra layer of security to your Square Enix Account, and we encourage all customers to use one.
