You know what's great is even though I wrote this FAQ, I've already used this 2-3 times. In the Virtual FAQS verification process, I'm used to checking someone's reputation to see if someone is verified. Well European PayPal accounts sometimes do not have a PayPal reputation so you can't tell if a person is verified. So you have to use the PayPal verification link. Well who can remember that link? Lucky now instead of looking all over the place, I can just check my PayPal FAQ!

What you see currently is a white-hat PayPal FAQ. That's usually a term used for Search Engine Optimization. Basically technique that's very ethical. That's the FAQ I wrote now. But in the grey-hat FAQ, I'll start going into Open-close dispute technique. Black-hat? What? No such thing exists.

I did want to include some pictures, but wasn't sure. I wanted the FAQ to load as fast as possible, but we'll see. Also thinking of a Table of Contents too.

This FAQ took me over 6 hours to write, and I will constantly update it to make sure it always contains the greatest info about PayPal. If there's anything I left out, please post in the PayPal forum.
