I find it outrageous he would post that EGS Middleman reduces 99.9% of scams after the most recent incidents. That is like adding insult to injury. I know FFXI Gil was the official Middleman at the time, but since dave1980 was a EGS staff member with higher rank, little could be done.

The majority of dave1980 scams could have been stopped if Monarch was online to just monitor his staff's activities.
