and the outcome?

Here is a copy of PayPal statement (which I have appealed ofcourse)

Maybe You can give me an advice Brtev? Or You can help me push this one to prosecution of somehow.

Next time ask for advice before you appeal. You've just received PayPal's standard virtual goods response. So it will be difficult to do anything about it now.

How did you pay credit card or bank funds?

I payed with PayPal balance...

What should I have said in the appeal?

Never ever pay with PayPal balance or keep any money in your PayPal account unless you know exactly what you're doing. Now you don't have any other play here. PayPal pretty much ruled against you. First mistake is mentioning virtual goods. You need to convince them that's not what they're dealing with. Also always pay by credit card if you're not sure.

Possibly one last resort, how long has your balance been in your PayPal account? And what was the source?

While doing business on RMT markets I pretty much hold some balance on regular basis.
That means that I have can have like 1k along the month. And I withdraw only when I need it.
The source is from trading / selling .... And my balance is often very high.
Aswell I do have a Premier Status there.

Another problem with keeping your balance high is PayPal can freeze you if they're suspicious about any activity and that includes when you're under investigation. If you had credit card protection from paying, you'd still have another way out.

There's really no point unless you have to make bank payments or Mass Pay.

Also you have 19 feedback. This guy has 0. You shouldn't be taking chances like that by paying first. You may have gotten your way the majority of times on PayPal, but as you can see PayPal won't always go your way.
